There are at least 20 plus restaurants in the small town of Tylertown. Many offer the same thing fried food. The ones making the most money are the chain restaurants and the couple of restaurants who have been in business for a long time. I am specializing in BBQ and Sides
because there is a need for this speciality. The reason most restaurants don't add BBQ is because it takes 8-10 hours to smoke meat, they aren't pitmasters and the cost of meat is high. Some lunch counter restaurants want to get into it by getting smoked meat from a couple of backyard barbecue enthusiasts. Their real problem is there are too many restaurants in a small town to survive. I am fulfilling a need and plan on being in business for along time.
