As a pitmaster I have an ongoing passion and the patience to cook meats on a wood fired smoke pit, low and slow (8-10 hours or more) to reveal the mouthwatering flavors of meats.
There are many barbecue joints in the world. Often they sell meats that are over seasoned, under seasoned, dry and tough.
My Goal is to prepare and cook meats to exceed expectations in juicy tenderness and overall great taste. Thus leaving you wanting to come back for more.
Our concept is to order and prepay for cuts of meat and sides online from our website and pickup on the date, location and time period designated.
